The top weight sells the set. The jumps decide if you can use it
A listing shouts one number, like 52.5 or 110. It says less about the rest: how light the set starts, how many settings sit in between, how big each jump is, and whether the number is for one dumbbell or two. On the seven sets here, the count runs from 5 settings to 17, the jumps run from 2.5 lb to 10 lb, and the lightest setting runs from 5 lb to 15 lb. Enter the weights you lift now and see which sets cover them.
Adjustable dumbbell range and jump checker
An estimate, not training advice. A pick passes when it starts at or below your lightest weight, reaches your heaviest weight times the room to grow, and never jumps more than your limit between those two points. The NordicTrack settings are our working, since the maker does not print them.
